    Forrest Joins Team BSN

Forrest Griffin, former UFC light heavyweight champion of the world, became a member of Team BSN (Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition, Inc.). Founded in 2001, BSN provides unique and effective products scientifically engineered to enhance physique, physical performance, and well being. BSN is excited to have Forrest on board!

Forrest Griffin's success is the product of an undying desire to succeed and a never-say-die attitude. Griffin was raised in Cleveland, Ohio and eventually moved to Athens, Georgia, where he attended the University of Georgia. While in college, Griffin worked as a police officer, which is what he was doing prior to his debut on the first season of the hit television series "The Ultimate Fighter." He contemplated giving up his passion for fighting and continuing to work as a police officer, but decided to quit his job, throw all of his belongings in a storage unit, and make the trek to Las Vegas to continue practicing mixed martial arts.

Not only was Griffin one of the most popular fighters on "The Ultimate Fighter," he also won a 3-round showdown against Stephan Bonnar in the series finale, which launched the UFC into the mainstream and made Forrest Griffin a household name. He walked away from that fight with the title and a 6-figure contract to fight in the UFC.

In addition to gracing the cover of Men's Fitness on July 5th, 2008, Forrest claimed the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship title by defeating UFC superstar Quinton "Rampage" Jackson in a 5-round unanimous decision at UFC 86.
