    Forrest,
I've figured out your next 3 opponents, once your hand is ready: Jeremy Horn, Tito Ortiz & Keith Jardin. Revenge is sweet. With them dispatched, you'll be ready for the Big Time again! Cheers

Hey Forrest. I've been watching the UFC since the beginning when fighters like Ken Shamrock, The Beast-Dan Severn and Tank Abbott were the big fighters. I really enjoy watching you fight. Loved you on the show, you were awesome. I am hoping you have a speedy recovery so I can see you fight again. Hopefully I will be able to see your next fight live. Take care.

Hey Forrest, I started mma training this year and started sparring about 3 months ago. What is the best advice you can give me about reading my opponents body language. Its like I allways zig when I should have zagged but at least a bloody nose only feels like a runny nose.

Hey Forrest I just want to say that I really respect you as a fighter. When I first saw you on the reality show, for some reason I knew you would win, anyway I want to ask you if you thought Dana White would ever let females into the ufc? Cause if so I would be sooo happy cause if would mean my dreams could possbily come true

Hey Forrest, just met you today at Cheyenne/Buffalo Strabucks. Really enjoyed talking with you. Thanks for the advice about my son and dieting! For some reason he believed it when I told him YOU told me the same thing I had been telling. Take care and be safe. Rich

Forrest - Just like to let you know that you have been inducted into the Matt's Fight Club Hall of Fame for the 2nd time - a unique feat! Would be great to get an acceptance speech.

Regarding the post from George below, I would also gladly spend his last pay check to watch you fight.

i hope you take a win or die attitude into your next fight(every fight for that matter). you seem to non chalant, too casual leading up to your fight with rashad. you left the light heavyweight belt at ufc headquarters? if you win the belt back, keep it, and tell everyone who wants it, they'll have to rip it from your cold dead grip. an eye of the tiger, kill or be killed mentality. your mental game seems lazy. good luck in the future.

Hey Forrest...You were so close on the Evan's fight. You will get your belt back. There were a lot of sloppy mistakes on Evan's part. My kids and I really enjoy watching you.

Forest I am a old fart, 62 and have enjoyed watching your career advance from Ultimate Fighter Forward.
I have admired your heart, and ability to accept as well as deliver pain.
I would not have had the nerve to do what you have done to date.
I hope you decide to continue and look forward to watching you in 2009. Nick in Lebanon Oregon

Forrest, your class and your heart is why I am a fan of yours and a fan of the UFC.

I used to think the sport was lame because of the ego's and the lack of class...and there is still a lot of it...but seeing people like you win (and lose) with grace has made me reconsider UFC as a valid and exciting sport.

Good luck and good training for the next few months, I am pulling for you to have the belt again.

    Steve
