Hey can't wait to get an autograph tomorrow on base.. My husband is going to die, when he sees what i got for him.. He is in the military and out right now..So excited, hopefully there is enough time to get a picture with one of the kids. :D -

I'm a professional acquisitions editor and just read your book. I wanted to say good job to you and the editorial staff. It was very entertaining and the cover was truly a piece of work. In fact, it was the cover that lured me in.
That being said, how the hell did you get get BJ Penn to officiate at your wedding? It took his damn manager a week to get back to me about a picture...and here he is giving your marriage last rights. Amazing. -

Forrest, I have been a long time fan, from when you were on TUF. I love your personality and humor. You are one of, if not the best fighter in my book. My 5yo goes crazy when we watch UFC and your either fighting or in an interview(probably learned that from me). I always look forward to your fights and appearances. I have read "Got fight" (even though I'm a woman), And NO, It's not too manly for me to comprehend. LOL. I guess I can relate since I grew up with brothers and male friends. I would love to hang out and have a beer with you. I like Corona! I am making the trip to San Jose on Aug 6th to meet you and get my books signed( Got fight and the new one). Any chance of swinging by San Luis Obispo (Home of many a bad ass fighter) for a beer and book signing? Great pit stop and lots of fight fans to put money in your pocket in SLO Town!! Forrest, I am most definitely looking forward to your new book. I have a slight predicament that I hope that I can get some advice on. I am going for my bachelor’s in criminal justice and psych. However, the situation at home is extremely tense. My mother is severely ill with Reflexive Sympathetic Dystropy, as well as COPD and Type 2 Diabetes and is currently on around 30 medications a day. My brother is also severely autistic and has other severe mental health issues. My dad doesn't make enough money to pay for my mom's medication and keep up with the finances. We've tried to seek help from different organizations, and the best advice they've given us is my parents should divorce and then we could receive services.. I have been interested in mixed martial arts for several years, for both the competitive and the health aspects. However, with our financial troubles, I can't afford any lessons or the equipment to practice at home. My question that I pose to you is if you know any teachers who give free/reduced price lessons in the Philadelphia area. I am more than willing to work for the lessons, mop the floor, anything. I hope to hear from you or someone soon. -

Hi Forrest,
I wanted to write you in regards to the release of your latest book. "Be Ready When the Sh*t Goes Down: A Survival Guide to the Apocalypse" I was fortunate enough to receive an advance copy of the book for a book review and I must say it is even funnier than the first one. Anyone who is man enough to even pass the test at the beginning of the book should definitely pick this up. I especially like #7 in the test. My wife keeps asking me why I went out and bought a difffernt color of fluffy toilet mat and replaced our white one... I think you know why. ;-)

Hello Forrest! You have been a BIG inspiration to me with your fight style and heart. I have been training Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu for half a year now, ive been doing very much training (6 hours a day). You have gaven me the self confidence and hunger to fight, i see there is only one way to live my life. I hope to be the first finnish fighter to make it in the UFC. If i get there, i hope we meet some day so i can shake your hand and thank you in person! -

Mr. Griffin, Thank you for taking a moment out of your personal family time to stop and take a photo with me when you flew in to visit your parents over the recent holiday. First off I have to say that you are a fantastic fighter who shows heart, determination, and most importantly, humor in the UFC. Becoming a high school senior, I have recently started doing "backyard" MMA with friends and others, with a background of mostly wrestling, and some basic teachings of Muay Thai, BJJ, Hopkido, and Kempo. I was wondering what I can do to really get into the sport of amateur and eventually, professional, MMA. And I'd like to know if you personally coach or know of any who coach.
